Our powder coating line is engineered with the belief that film builds can be controlled to tight tolerance consistently through an entire run.  Single or double tier racked parts are processed through a 30" window at speeds up to 22 fpm. This 2 tier system also allows for cost effective on-line masking. A simple yet effective philosophy: one or two lanes of parts passing quickly in single file are easier to mask, paint, and unmask.  High-volume powder coating is a large-scale industrial process for applying powder coatings to metal parts (or other substrates) in a continuous, high-throughput operation. It’s designed for mass production, delivering durable, protective, and decorative finishes efficiently to thousands of items per hour.
